Training Focused on Performance and Longevity

Peter is a personal trainer with years of experience helping both elite athletes and everyday movers become stronger, more resilient, and ready for the next level. Since 2015, his work has centered on injury prevention and football-specific strength training, always with a focus on long-term development.
He previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Qviding FIF and has collaborated with Scott Webster since 2020 – a partnership that has deepened his understanding of functional training and mobility. Mobility plays a key role in Peter’s training philosophy, as it’s often the foundation for unlocking the body’s full potential and achieving sustainable performance.
Throughout his career, Peter has worked with athletes at every level – from youth football to national teams and international professionals. Every training plan is tailored to the individual, with the goal of building a strong, durable, and functional body that meets the demands of the game – and life beyond it.
