The WMA Train & Treat was built for one reason: to help serious athletes move better, recover faster, and stay injury-free. Developed by two trusted names in the field — Peter Malmros and Scott Webster — the program bridges high-level personal training with hands-on therapy and modern recovery tools.

 

WMA is different. It's built only for athletes—no general templates, no shortcuts. Every part of the program is developed around your sport, your body, and your goals.

 

This 5-week experience combines high-level physical training, hands-on recovery, movement screening, and science-based protocols tailored for those who want to perform, recover, and compete at their highest level—consistently.

What is Train & Treat

Train & Treat is a performance and recovery program designed for athletes. It combines personalized training, manual therapy, and recovery technology in a small-group format to enhance performance, prevent injury, and accelerate recovery.

Who is this program for?

It’s specifically designed for junior, semi-professional, and professional athletes in football and ice hockey. However, dedicated athletes from other sports may also apply upon consultation.​

What’s included in each session?

Each 2 to 2.5-hour session includes:

  • Infrared sauna warm-up

  • Sport-specific drills

  • Integrated fascia therapy

  • Recovery tech access (ice bath, vibration, compression, TENS)

  • Cool-down & mobility work

How many participants are in each group?

Groups are capped at 6 athletes to ensure individual attention and tailored support.

What’s the difference between this and standard PT or rehab?

This is a holistic high-performance protocol that fuses manual therapy with real-time coaching. It’s not just training or rehab—it’s an elite hybrid designed to improve movement quality, prevent injury, and boost recovery using advanced tools and hands-on techniques.

Do I need to be injured to participate?
No. The program is equally suited for injury prevention, performance optimization, and structured recovery.

Can I combine this with my regular team training?
Yes. Many athletes use Train & Treat as a complement to their club training. We customize your plan to avoid overtraining and align with your weekly load.
