Get to Know Your Program Leader

I have learned and developed my style of training over many years to include how the body and systems work in unique ways to restore balance, relieve pain, and optimize for daily tasks, work activities and sports.

From restaurant management to super yachts, and Australian football to whole body injuries - life has been both immensely beautiful and extremely challenging. During my profound inner and outer journeys, I have experienced how our physical and emotional states are deeply integrated.

In the Harmonic Health destination experiences, advanced training and focused workshops, we are teaching a unique blend of fascial interventions, functional health, and understanding energy integration. We invite you to explore the beauty and importance of human connection and experience. Discover your own fascial alignments and interventions. Learn, heal, and recharge.

As a professional with more than 15,000 hours of manual interventions and training, I have facilitated so many people on their way to being better therapists, more skilled trainers, and those reclaiming their health and wellness.

I am so pleased to offer new training and new science to positively impact the human body and achieve balanced harmonic health.
