Wednesday's with Ice Man Anders: 750 kr 

- First Wednesday of each month

Wednesday's with Scott: 250 kr

- All other Wednesday's
Full Season Sept-Dec: 1 500 kr 

Participants per session: 10 

Learn everything about the benefits of cold bathing. During this workshop you'll learn the correct breathing techniques to enjoy the cold so you can unlock the benefits from cold bathing.

9D Breathwork

We invite you to embark on an inward journey. During a 9D Breathwork experience, many find liberation from both physical and mental ailments, while simultaneously embracing appreciation for life itself.

Experience Day - Friday AW

We would like to invite you and five of your friends to a healthy After Work experience at our newly opened facility right next to the sea in Hovås.

The event is 2 hours long and includes: 

  • Training session 

  • Mini-lecture 

  • Access to spa & recovery area

  • Snacks and something cold to drink in the sauna.

Price: 5 000 kr

Availability: Fridays, between 14:00 - 16:00.
