With Liz I always get the right treatment and concrete tips on movements I do at home and mix into my training. Very grateful and highly recommend her!
Working from home, hunched in front of my computer, has taken its toll on my neck, back and shoulders. Liz's great massage has left me really relax. Which has also helped me with lower back pain and tight calf. I always leave rejuvenated.
I have worked in Restaurants for 25 years and have a lot of shoulder and arm pain to tell. I recently saw Liz for the first time because of the pain in my right shoulder. Within one treatment I had relief.
The dry needles worked wonders and the massage was spot on. Liz also gave me exercises to help my posture and strengthen my shoulders.
