MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Recovery Membership Agreement PartiesThis Agreement is between Webster Body Therapy AB ("Company"), a Swedish company, and the individual subscribing ("Member"). It governs access to the Company's facilities via the Recovery Membership, purchased at bodytherapy.com.
By signing up, the Member agrees to this Agreement, effective from the subscription date ("Effective Date").
1. Membership Types
5 x Recovery: Up to 5 sessions per month. Unused sessions do not carry over.
Unlimited Recovery: Unlimited sessions per month.Members access the gym, recovery zone, and spa during operating hours (see Section 2), subject to availability. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and for ages 18+ unless approved.
2. Access Hours
Venue is open 05:00–23:00 daily. Unauthorized entry outside these hours incurs a 4,000 SEK fee, plus extra costs (e.g., security fees). Unbooked visits risk unavailability; no refunds for this.
3. Booking Sessions
Book via websterbodytherapy.com under "Recovery Pass." Manage bookings or cancellations (within 24 hours) online - 'My Pages'. Unlimited Members get a digital key to access. Venue access may be limited by group bookings or events.
4. Inquiries
Email questions to info@websterbodytherapy.se. Responses within 5 business days. Other communication channels are not official.
5. Member Duties
Members must: - Return gym equipment. - Clean equipment with provided materials. - Place towels in laundry baskets. - Put kitchen items in dishwasher or sink.Non-compliance may lead to warnings, suspension, or termination without refund. No drugs, alcohol, or disruptive behavior.
6. Payments and Cancellation
Monthly payment via auto-renewing subscription (minimum 3 months cycle for unlimited & 6 months for 5x) Pay in advance via www.websterbodytherapy.com. Cancellation via email only. No refunds for partial months. Downgrading memberships must be made manually (750kr admin fee) Price changes notified 30 days ahead. Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, suspended or temporarily stopped. Members remain responsible for membership payments during the active membership period and applicable cancellation period.
7.Cancellation must be made in writing to info@websterbodytherapy.com
8. Termination by Company Company may terminate for breaches (e.g., non-payment, rule violations) or business reasons (e.g., closure) with 30 days’ notice. No refunds for breaches; pro-rata refunds for closures.
9. Liability
Members use facilities at own risk. Company not liable for injuries or losses unless grossly negligent. Consult a doctor if needed. Use lockers for valuables. Force majeure may suspend services.
10. Data Protection
Data processed per GDPR for membership management. Contact info@websterbodytherapy.se to access or correct data. See Privacy Policy on bodytherapy.com.
11. Changes Amendments notified 30 days in advance. Continued use is acceptance. Major changes allow cancellation without notice.
12. Law and Disputes Swedish law applies. Resolve disputes via negotiation, the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), or Swedish courts (e.g., Stockholm District Court). By subscribing, the Member agrees to these terms.
