Services are offered from the Webster Body Therapy Clinic and also by our Contributors Team at the studio. Contributors may have their own cancellation policies, which are always available from the booking links or from Contributors individually.
Refund Policy - The Basics
We value your time and ours. To ensure the best possible service,we kindly request a
24-hours notice for any appointment cancellations.
Sessions: can be cancelled online by logging into your account and cancelling.
Training: can be cancelled online by logging into your account and cancelling.
Classes: can be cancelled online by logging into your account and cancelling.
Group Classes: can be cancelled online by logging into your account and cancelling.
Group Courses: can be cancelled online by logging into your account and cancelling. Once a group training course starts, it cannot be cancelled.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, are late, or don't show up for your appointment, you will will be charged the full session fee. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but this policy helps us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system for everyone.
Re-scheduling
We offer rescheduling for appointments. If you need to change your appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your new schedule.
