Janos combines calm presence, precision and deep body awareness to help you build strength, improve posture, increase mobility and reconnect with your body in a sustainable way. His approach is personal, intelligent and adaptable — whether you are a beginner, recovering from stress or injury, or simply want to feel stronger and move better in everyday life. Drawing from years of experience in movement, ballet, coaching and mental focus training, Janos creates sessions that support both physical and mental resilience.
