Each booking includes a Recovery Session in the Recovery Zone/Spa - allowing you to relax and enjoy a holistic approach to your wellness journey. Start your comprehensive health tracking with one of the most advanced evaluation tools available. InBody's 970 scans and tracks/measures your progress over time. Each analysis measures body fat percentage, muscle mass, and segmental analysis of each arm, leg, and the torso. Gain insights into your actual hydration levels, inflammation or flare-ups, and cellular health through the phase angle assessment. Consultation with our trainers and therapists further adds a comprehensive health and wellness review so you can understand the report, your body's state of fitness, and make a wellness plan for your future.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 24 hours before your booked session. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations less than 24 hours, late arrivals, and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. We understand life can be unpredictable, but this policy helps us maintain fair and efficient scheduling for all our clients.
