This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. * For refunds within the cancelation policy, please email info@websterbodytherapy.com ⚠️ Late Cancellations and No-Shows If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. If you need to change your appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your new schedule. If the rescheduling is made more than 24 hours before your visit it's free. A reschedule less than 24 hours before your visit comes with a 50% cost. 🚨 Exceptions We recognize that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise.
