För vem? För dig som vill komma igång eller som vill ha en extra energi och vägledning efter din graviditet och förlossning. En plats att tillsammans stärkas genom att träffas och träna, säkert och tryggt. Vi kombinerar styrka, rörlighet och flås och du behöver ingen särskild förkunskap. Varmt välkommen både du och bebis för att stärka både kropp och knopp. Vad ingår? •8 träningstillfällen med bebis á 1 timma, leds av Alva Alsin •8 tillfällen träna på egen hand med eller utan bebis i vårt gym (Gäller under dessa veckor) •Generella tips och råd inom träning/ hälsa •Möjlighet att träffa andra mammor och vara med i en varm välkomnande gemenskap Var?
