Luis *
COACH  &  TRAINER

Luis Rojas is an Osteopathy student and Strength & Conditioning Coach with several years of experience working in elite sport. While the majority of his current work is within professional football across both the women’s and men’s game, his experience extends across multiple sports, including athletics, combat sports, handball, and ice hockey.

Luis works closely with multidisciplinary medical and performance teams, acting as a bridge between rehabilitation, performance, and return-to-play. Through his work, he supports athletes with hands-on treatment, movement assessment, injury prevention, performance programming, and sport-specific physical development.

His approach combines clinical reasoning with evidence-informed training principles, integrating osteopathic philosophy, biomechanics, and strength & conditioning to help athletes optimise performance, reduce injury risk, and build long-term resilience.

Passionate about athlete development, Luis believes that sustainable performance is created through collaboration, education, and an integrated approach where medical care and performance training work together to optimise every stage of an athlete’s journey. Whether working with footballers, track and field athletes, fighters, handball players, or ice hockey athletes, his goal remains the same: to help every individual move better, perform at their highest level, and enjoy a long and healthy sporting career.
